-tim: my z stumbles like mad when sitting at idle for a long time, under heavy traffic. when you accelerate, it would stutter at the lower rpms and when you brake, the rpm would shoot all the way down to 0 and the engine would stall. this ONLY happens if i'm sitting in traffic for a long time (like 1+ hour) and does not happen during normal driving or braking. : i've also noticed that the exhaust smells pretty bad, but i don't think its a clogged cat cuz i passed my emissions. ecu code checks out at 55 and the 02 heated test passed for both L&R sensors. however my a/f meter is showing a rich condition during idle. normal? : in any case, the problem seems to be heat related. any ideas on what it could be? would have posted this in tech but i never get any responses in there. please help.
